Hi! I'm Alexa Ortega, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Psychology. ​I specialize in helping men and women get leaner, fitter and stronger.

I understand that every body is different. I will meet you at whatever fitness level you are at. Your exercise program will be tailored to your needs and I will hold you accountable because results are achieved with consistency.
I don't prescribe food rules, fad diets or meal plans. Instead, I help you build the sustainable nutritional habits necessary to look, move and feel better -- for the long-term.
